The ocean themes led the design team's creative process through all the elements of graphic planning to finally creating an island space through an oval conference room at the focal point of the reception area. This design maximizes the influx of natural light and landscape views, making it more transparent and bright while breaking the boundary between indoors and outdoors. The panoramic view features the skyline of Ningbo East New City and the urban landscape of Yinzhou District. Like the mountains on the far horizon and the distant harbor, it appears like the whole world is within reach.

Language Center

The scent of books and wood fills this historic institution, embodying the wisdom of generations. Classic texts, representing the essence of Chinese culture, line the shelves, with the Four Books and Five Classics symbolizing over three millennia of civilization. In the cross-shaped layout, the front echoes the sounds of reading, while the back is filled with guidance from teachers. Shifting light and shadows reflect the blend of traditional culture and modern scholarship, creating a space that aspires to 'the utmost goodness.'

Photosynthesis

In the diversity of styles, the modern style has become a symbol of timelessness. The large blank space with dark wood grain shows simplicity but not emptiness. From the foyer, the semitransparent material makes the social area opaque and directs people's attention to the window view in the distance. With dream-like reflections, the borderless interior opens up the mind. The interior design provides relief from the hard work of being on the go and makes the home a warm harbor for the soul and emotions.

Beyond propelling neighborhood development, it establishes an innovative urban culture model for Zhanjiang.

The design fosters intergenerational connections by harmonizing natural aesthetics, functional safety features, and low-impact materials to redefine green living for aging populations in culturally sensitive environments. Vertical green walls and rooftop gardens merge indoor-outdoor spaces, enhancing ecological connectivity. Human-centric layouts prioritize senior safety through non-slip flooring, grab rails, and smart health monitoring.

Amidst the flickering flames, the intense red of the burning charcoal and the brick walls create a visual and sensory feast. The brick tones, reminiscent of the warmth of traditional Japanese charcoal grilling, are reinterpreted in a modern space, blending tradition and modernity seamlessly. Whether in the open dining area or the meticulously designed private VIP booths, each space is like a carefully crafted stage, presenting dinners with one captivating scene after another.
