Songshan Cihui Temple - Ksitigarbha Hall
Ksitigarbha Hall is a temple interior in the Songshan Cihui Temple in Taipei City, Taiwan. The rectangular hall is 9 meters wide, 12 meters long and 9.5 meters high. A central lightwell with a Bagua diagram brings natural light into the space. White marble is used on the floor and the walls, and the walls are carved in relief with iridescent cloud patterns. A statue three meters tall stands at the center, so it can be seen and worshipped from every side. Twenty-eight carved marble columns support the hall.
