The project involves designing and constructing a spacious apartment. This residence will feature multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and various living spaces to meet the needs of a modern family. The design will focus on creating a comfortable, functional and aesthetically pleasing environment. A floating staircase will serve as a highlight, drawing visitors attention as they explore the art pieces displayed around the room. This blend of art, design and functionality will create a unique and inviting atmosphere for visitors.

Izakaya 9am 5pm

This project is located in Tainan, regarded as the most historically significant city in Taiwan. Therefore, the design concept aims to present various materials in their original forms to create spatial depth while showcasing the rustic charm of Tainan. The concrete bar counter serves as the core of the space, surrounded by copper plates and raw wood veneers that will change in appearance over time. This symbolizes the unique culture of Tainan, which has developed through historical transitions and evolution.

Chen Yun

Although the original contours of the building define the shape of the space, different forms of division endow the space with multiple possibilities at different times, overlapping functional slices magnify the small to dissolve the limitations of limited space usage. Therefore, the design revolves around autonomy and flexibility in work to develop the layout, integrating diverse office scene modes, blurring the boundaries between work, discussion, and leisure, releasing the potential of space in a dynamically flowing form.

Terrasta is a mixed-use hotel located in the heart of Miyakonojo City, designed to revitalize the area as a new community hub. The name blends terrace and stage symbolizing communal space and support for individual lives. Emphasizing sustainability, the design incorporates local materials and collaborations with businesses and artisans. By blending modern comfort with traditional craftsmanship, Terrasta transcends the traditional hotel concept, becoming a vibrant hub for creativity, community, and commerce, celebrating both the past and future of Miyakonojo.

Skyline

In this project, the designers created the maximum effect of unity with nature thanks to organic materials, color scheme and the presence of plants, while not losing the client's love for a light urban loft and art deco elements with a modern style. The project shows how completely different styles and color solutions can be combined so that they complement each other, as well as how to organically use natural resources and technological achievements of IT in the same space.
