Xiang

The project was original inspired by “Salon”, which back to early 16 century was where people gathering to social and relax. The designer applied the "Salon" concept to an over 30 year- old small house, by preserving the original structure, combine the technology of display the lightening thru a large floor-to-ceiling glass window facing toward the street, the warm and welcoming atmosphere had added charm to the room. The inside full of Chinese theme colors and elements, but also to create a modernizing eastern style, is well respond to the cuisine they serve.

House of the Mystic Art

The owner is a famous astrologist in Taiwan. She hosts a live-streamed horoscope talk show with celebrity guests at her own house. This house both home and her work place. The challenges with designing this old apartment of three decades comes in the form of height and poor interior management. The maximum height under the beam is 2.13 m which in turn presents an overall vibe of constrain. The modification has given it a new look, giving more space for some sun and additional greenery inside.

83 Bands

This case aims to create a landmark of nightlife that meets the needs of elite social tastes and emotions. Since its target group is young people at present, the storefront signboard that inspires association can win the favor of customers more than the one that directly discloses product information. The original structure is re-interpreted with coherent design techniques, which can get rid of the traditional bar depression and extend a regular shape to build the relationship between space.

Highpark Suites Common Areas explores the seamless integration of urban Gen-Y lifestyles with green living, business, leisure, and community. Space Stack

This case is different from ordinary residential projects, which is mainly used as a vacation house when the couple returns to Taiwan. Also, the owners are hospitable and often have gathering party needs, so that this project also needs to be able to accommodate visiting guests. For this reason, by emphasizing the overall space quality just like a boutique hotel, this project can achieve a visually refreshing and comfortable design goal.

The Sea Refuses No River

Tolerable Shanghai can include all cultures and integrations, It possesses a broad mind as like the sea the customer company's corporate culture. Rivers and roads integrate 2D lines on the map, just like 3D composition of nature and humanities. Between squares, integrating the modern lines with Chinese traditional wood structure, shows the spirit of iron window of Shikumen.
