Qionghua Jiuzhang

Built in Jinan's wealthy area, the space enjoys artistic charm thanks to the landscape of water, trees, stones, and paths, and every object from the photos and wall paintings in the art corridor to the ornaments and collectibles on the bookshelves and desks, which all exude a cozy ambience and reflect resident's taste, interests and aesthetics. The 90-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows brings light and energy into the room with a reading retreat set in entrance. The interest of life and the resonance of the social circle is thus evoked by combining nature, art, and living.

Realm of Mind

The design team skillfully used boulders and plants to embellish an elegant Japanese philosophy. At the same time, the screen door, wood, and linear elements outline the oriental aesthetics of vertical and axial interweaving. It is worth mentioning that the design team paid extra attention to the color scheme between each area. Even the game space is with a playful atmosphere. It can echo the whole architecture and show the features of a single space so that users can enjoy space when entering each area.

Formula

This chain store coffee brand is housed in an independent building with a height of 6.5m, and features large areas of windows on each side for ample lighting. The simplistic yet stylish black, grey and white design quickly made it a popular check-in spot once it was completed. The interior is adorned with triangular 3D geometric shapes, evoking the image of ice drip coffee which the cafe specializes in.

Austin Land

Austin, full of curiosity and adventurous spirit, has made its dreamland for every child. In every corner, there is the imagery of arcs that represents the joyful energy generated by children's playfulness. Meanwhile, the natural lighting makes the space full of vitality. The designer used circle and infinity as concepts in every corner. The space is less right-angled and more rounded and harmonious. Austin drives a small train along the way to collect joyful energy in the ball pool, waiting for the day when the spacecraft is fixed.

Corridor

The Corridor attracts a diverse clientele. The wine glass symbol on the architectural concrete means that this is where people can have a drink. The logo of the wine glass with a passionate red color attracts the eyes of visitors from far away. Sunlight pours into the other side of the latticed grates, and the floor to ceiling wooden door opens onto a retro brown sofa. The multi-layered lighting fixtures change and the black ironwork combined with the grey painted ceiling create a bar area with a vintage and rough industrial style.

Haifu Jhih Jhu

This project specifically increases the proportion of greenery in the base area. Both indoor and outdoor greenery and natural soil mulch maintain the water retention effect, which effectively reduces the carbon dioxide level. The green atrium and open space design allow for natural airflow, and the terrace angle shading is carefully planned to reduce energy consumption of air conditioning equipment by studying the sunlight angle. The volume of the building is organized in two systems, one is the internal structural system and the other is the facade.
