Tr88House

The designer of Tr88 House, a recreational complex that includes a food court, a kids' play area, a trampoline, laser tag, mini golf, a kids' club, and a rooftop bar, was inspired by his own childhood nightmares. The primary objective of this proposal is to provide separate areas and methods for people of all ages to communicate with one another between the spaces, taking into account the location of this complex in Dubai and its use. The other goal is to create a visually green environment without employing actual plants.

Warm Flower Room Slow Hours

This project involved the renovation of an old single-story residence, with an indoor area of 108m2. To meet the needs of the single owner, the three original rooms were transformed into two, while cleverly reducing the unused corridor and expanding the public area. Additionally, the lounge near the window was partially receded using varying flooring materials, iron and glass folding doors to clearly delineate the spaces.

Guangzhou Julong Bay

Located on the west bank of the Pearl River, the original site with four separated brick warehouses built in the 1950s was a significant granary of Guangzhou. As the first stage of the city government's renewal master plan in the area, the key objectives of the adaptive reuse project were to remain its industrial past as a reminder of history, while building a city-planning exhibition hall and civic center that act as a beacon to investors, developers, and citizens, to encourage massive participation in the rebirth of the old district.

The Cabin Symphonic

The concept behind this interior design was to create a captivating and modern atmosphere while preserving the original authenticity of the space. The design incorporated curved shapes and handpicked materials inspired by midcentury modern architecture, which provided an appealing contrast to the cozy yet rustic feel of a log cabin. The redesign of the building's layout involved significant changes to both the structure and construction, resulting in more interior openings, larger glazed areas such as the full-width window in the living room, and an overall optimization for multi-family use.

Square

Square or the learning center of the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland is an inspiring and vibrant environment for learning and teaching and gives students, lecturers and the wider society a future-oriented platform for exchange, dialogue and surprising encounters. The building was designed by Sou Fujimoto and architecture studio Evolution Design was tasked with creating a learning concept that responds to the innovative learning and teaching formats and enables maximum flexibility in the future. The interior concept is, therefore, dynamic and adaptable.
