Ink Black Lightness Residence

Ink Black Lightness

Ink Black Lightness is a residential interior design in Taichung, Taiwan. The 230 square meter home uses an ink-black color tone that extends across the wooden walls and forms a calm panoramic view. Interior divisions were removed to create an open public area that links the living room, dining room and kitchen. Vertical black cabinets store devices and keep the area organized. A curved ceiling softens the height difference caused by a beam. Senna siamea, Portuguese cork and blue and white porcelain marble give the space an elegant character.

Wellem Pediatric

Wellem Pediatric is the interior design of a pediatric optometry center in Shanghai, covering 1440 square meters. The reception desk is also curved to echo the overall space. Marine life forms and interactive play devices shape the children's area. The adult area is finished in muted green with wall cloth, and the clinic glass doors use a frosted film for privacy.

A waterfall and a pool are formed in cast concrete with digital technology, and copper ducklings appear to swim on the surface. Private dining rooms recall the shape of a valley, with plants and seasons, and simulated light supports these enclosed areas.
