Gang Long Yan Shan Ying

Gang Long Yan Shan Ying is a sales center interior of 500 square meters in Liyang City, China. Light is the core of the design, inspired by the natural form of the aurora. A large chandelier in the hall recalls the aurora shape, and flexible LED lines on the walls give a soft glow. Black, white and gray form the main tone, while contrasting soft furnishings add interest. The space is wrapped in wallpaper, marble-effect brick, stone and stainless steel, selected to suit a limited budget. The open layout connects the indoor and outdoor areas.

Tracing Clouds

Tracing Clouds is a sales center located in Shandong, China, completed in 2019. The interior covers 400 square meters. The design draws on the atmosphere of an ancient town, with white walls, mist, stone bridges and moonlight recalled through modern forms. Black and white elements recall Chinese ink landscape painting. Marble floors in gray and dark brown create a sense of depth and elegance. Marble walls with gray texture suggest mist, and artistic pendant lights recall moonlight. A lounge with a plain floor lamp and sheer curtains offers a relaxed setting.

Huanan Ying

Huanan Ying is a property sales center in Danyang, China, with a total area of 479 square meters. The interior reflects the local lake scenery and the character of the city. A rippling water landscape is carved into the decorative paintings, and a glass sculpture shaped like water highlights the waterside setting. Light strips in the form of ribbons recall the local silk industry, and glass is widely used because the city is known for spectacles manufacture. A chandelier shaped like sweet osmanthus, the city flower, marks the hall.

Delicacy of Nature is a residential sales center located in Shandong, China, completed in 2019 and covering 1800 square meters. The interior brings together oriental philosophy and a modern aesthetic. The reception lobby creates a calm and scholarly atmosphere. Delicate marble and mortise-and-tenon structures recall traditional craftsmanship. Black, white and grey tones are used throughout. The open meeting area is decorated with oriental paintings, while stones from Zibo and a ceiling installation complete the space.

Hongyang Kaisa Riverside Mansion

Hongyang Kaisa Riverside Mansion is a sales center of 697 square meters in Nanjing, China. The interior follows the theme of four waters returning to the hall, in which rainwater from the sloped roof flows from all sides into a central patio. The layout draws on the sequential roofs of traditional Jiangnan houses and expresses Eastern wisdom through modern methods. Materials include metal grids with Chinese patterns, glass bricks, stone and a glass curtain wall. Sunlight through the skylight creates changing light and shadow.

Changjiang Plaza is a sales center in Yichang, China, with a total area of 1500 square meters. The interior draws on the local landscape and culture of the city. The layout is bilaterally symmetrical and creates a dignified atmosphere. The main materials are stone, hand painted wallpaper and metal printed panels. A metal grille in the front hall frames a landscape view, and mirrors above the sand table reflect dim and even lights. Childlike Dream is a sales center for residential properties in Yibin, Sichuan Province, China. The 2500-square-meter interior includes a lobby, a negotiation area, a leisure area and a model room area. The theme of dream and childhood guides the whole space. Lively colors and furnishings drawn from childhood memories fill the lobby. Pink is used in the negotiation area to create a warm and dreamy atmosphere. Red and blue make the leisure area welcoming for families who rest during negotiations. The design seeks comfort for visitors of all ages.

Gemdale Casa Oia is the interior design of a property sales center in Beihai, China. The 1060 square meter space takes nature as its theme and expresses the relationship between mountain and sea. Bookish Atmosphere

Bookish Atmosphere is a sales center interior located in Jiangsu, China, and completed in 2019. The project covers 1269 square meters. The exterior draws on the features of ancient buildings in Jinling and joins them with modern aesthetics and practical function. Brick surfaces are treated as the spirit of the space, and the gaps between the bricks create a quiet sense of order. Water-like ornaments and landscape elements recall the rivers of Nanjing. Borrowed scenery guides the traffic flow, so visitors move through the interior as through a contemporary garden.

Yuefenghua

Yuefenghua is a sales center interior located in Hangzhou, China, covering 300 square meters. The design follows the concept of seeing the future. Three frames are inserted into the entrance, the discussion area and the sand table area. The frame at the entrance is combined with transparent acrylic brick, so visitors can view the whole space from outside. The frames in the discussion area and the sand table area use colored acrylic brick to enclose the main areas and attract attention. Black and white marble, clear acrylic and Klein blue create contrast and a rich play of light.

Guanlan Yipin

Guanlan Yipin is a sales center located in Suzhou, China. The design combines an oriental character with a minimalist approach, following the idea of a garden tour that guides visitors through the space. Marble, metal, sandstone and wood set the tone of the interior. Dai Cyan, a traditional Chinese color, appears as marble on a wall six meters wide and ten meters high. Facing the marble wall, eight panels of laminated super-white tempered glass, each 0.8 meters wide and ten meters high, stand beside the landscape stair. Large windows bring natural light and greenery into the interior.
